Vendors
Each row is one vendor calculator. Click Edit to change rates, terms, structures, or branding. Click View to open the public calc URL.
SaaS Submissions
All customers submitted through Corp-Only SaaS calculators. Update status as deals move through Fox Ridge's pipeline. Deleting a row archives it — the customer is hidden from the vendor's running list but remains in the full CSV export.
Quote Log
Every PDF proposal generated across all calculators — who was quoted, for what equipment, and on what terms. Logged automatically when a vendor clicks Generate Proposal PDF.
Edit Vendor
Editing vendor configuration. Changes go live the moment you click Save.
Identity
Lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens. Public URL: /quote?v=<slug>. Cannot be changed after creation.
Shown in the calculator's header and on the PDF proposal.
Templates add industry-specific inputs and outputs to the calculator + PDF (without changing the base finance math). Selecting "Robotics & Automation" reveals an operating-hours slider and a ROI-vs-labor panel. Floor-Cleaning Robotics adds a detailed customer-facing cleaning ROI (facility sq ft, cleaning wage, hours/day, days/week → current cost vs financed robot, savings, payback) — configure its defaults in the Cleaning ROI Defaults section below. The two SaaS templates and the Rental template switch the calculator into a vendor-only Internal Funding Calculator (vendor enters the monthly amount and sees the upfront funding) — the customer is never shown the discounted funding amount; structures and down payment are hidden. The Rental template is identical to SaaS with rental-specific wording, for vendors on traditional rental agreements rather than SaaS.
Vendor Contact (Header & PDF)
The person whose name and number show up in the calculator header and on every PDF proposal. Use placeholder text like [Your Name] if you haven't filled it in yet.
Adds a "Have a Question?" band with this contact's name, title, email, and phone so the customer always knows who their rep is. On private-label vendors the label reads "Your Sales Rep" (no Fox Ridge); otherwise "Your Fox Ridge Sales Rep".
A square-ish headshot works best — it's cropped to a circle and resized automatically (stored with the vendor config, no hosting needed).
Branding (Mode, Logo & Colors)
Controls how Fox Ridge Capital appears across the calculator, blind-discount tool, PDF, and credit app. Private label shows only the vendor — for those, put the vendor's contact in the Vendor Contact section above.
Shown on the calculator, blind-discount tool, PDF, and credit app. Leave blank to use the mode default (co-branded / powered-by names Fox Ridge; private-label states the vendor works with third-party lender(s) and is not the lender). Have your attorney review all disclaimer language before use — equipment finance is regulated and varies by state.
Logo + colors below are optional. Vendor logo appears in the header (and as the primary logo in powered-by / private modes); accent color overrides the safety-orange pop; dark surface color themes the dark panels.
Or paste an external image URL
Use this when the logo is hosted elsewhere (Wix, Squarespace, CDN). Overrides any uploaded file.
Header & hero text auto-contrast (white on a dark color, dark on a light color), so they always stay readable.
Pick an industry preset, or paste a custom image URL (a vendor photo). A custom URL overrides the preset. A dark overlay is applied automatically so the banner text stays readable.
Click a photo to set the hero. Click a 2nd/3rd for a two- or three-panel hero. Click a selected one again to remove it. (Larger shots read best as the big panel.)
Fox Ridge House = the clean editorial skin (mono labels, black hero, industries marquee, stats band).
Boxed = framed photo(s) next to the headline. Full-bleed = one photo as a banner behind the headline (uses only the first selected photo).
The moving "Commercial Vehicles · Construction · Franchise…" ticker under the headline. Turn off for a quieter hero.
Turn on when the hero image has a light or white background (e.g. a product shot on white, like the FANUC CRX cobots). The hero switches to a light wash with dark text so the subject stays crisp, instead of the default dark overlay. Leave off for normal/darker photos.
Blank or 100 = fill the banner (default). Lower numbers zoom out and show more of the image with less cropping — good for wide product shots (try 70). The image stays centered.
How strong the wash over the photo is. For a normal (dark) hero, higher = darker; for a light hero photo, higher = whiter. Raise it if text is hard to read; lower it to show more of the raw photo.
The big headline at the top of the calculator. Wrap words in **double asterisks** to show them in your accent colour. Leave blank to use the default.
The paragraph under the headline. Leave blank to use the default. Line breaks are honored: press Enter for a new line, or Enter twice to leave a blank line between sentences (e.g. to separate a 12-month promo from a 24-month promo).
Landing Page Copy (wording on the vendor landing page — blank = smart default)
Each field overrides the auto-generated wording on the landing page. Leave blank to keep the smart default shown as the placeholder. The headline supports **double asterisks** for accent-colour words.
Wrap words in **double asterisks** to show them in your accent colour.
Terms (Months)
Which financing terms the vendor can quote. Check the boxes to allow the term; pick one as the default.
Refresh Subscription Program (Rental-as-a-Service builder — adds a CapEx | Refresh toggle)
Turns on a customer-facing Refresh (Rental-as-a-Service) subscription builder at /refresh?v=<slug>, with a CapEx | Refresh toggle on the calculator. List the equipment/services and their monthly prices below; the customer picks items, watches a running monthly total, enters their business name / email / phone, and clicks Lock in structure — which emails the configuration to the vendor + Fox Ridge and forwards them to the credit application.
Drop a product photo onto the box at the left of each row (or click it to browse). Images are auto-resized — the photo shows next to the item on the Refresh calculator.
The Refresh tab only appears on the calculator when this is enabled and at least one named item exists. Items are grouped on the page by Category (or by Equipment / Service when no category is set). Tick 1× for items that should be one-per-customer — those show a simple Add / Remove button instead of a quantity stepper.
Funding Rate Factors (monthly payment ÷ rate factor = net funding amount)
For each allowed term, set the rate factor — same convention as EFA / FMV: monthly payment ÷ rate factor = net funding amount.
Example: rate factor 0.02075 at 60 months means a $5,000/mo contract nets $240,964 in funding (Total Contract Value $300,000 → ~19.7% discount over 60 months).
When off, the calculator shows only Term, Total Contract Value, and Net Funding Amount — the implied discount percentage is hidden from the vendor.
For vendors who do corp-only deals. Adds a Submit Customer Info button to their calculator (Legal Entity, DBA, address, FEIN, contact, vendor quote #) and a running list of their submissions at the bottom of the page. When the vendor submits, an email notification is sent to the configured Netlify form address (set up in Netlify dashboard → Forms). You manage status updates (Submitted → Approved → Funded etc.) from the SaaS Submissions view in this admin console.
About SaaS & per-unit funding
Fox Ridge advances the vendor a discounted lump sum in exchange for owning the future monthly payment stream. The vendor receives cash up front, eliminates billing/collection overhead, and offloads credit risk to Fox Ridge. The rate factor drives the trade-off — a higher rate factor means a smaller net funding amount and more yield to Fox Ridge. These rate factors are internal only; the customer never sees the net funding amount on the public quote page.
Cleaning ROI Defaults (prefills + assumptions for the cleaning ROI panel)
For Floor-Cleaning Robotics vendors. The calculator shows a customer-facing ROI that compares their current cleaning labor against the financed robot. The four prefill values below are starting points the customer can change on the page; the labor burden and operating cost are fixed assumptions used in the math (not shown as editable inputs).
How the cleaning ROI is calculated
Current Annual Cost = wage × (1 + labor burden) × hours/day × days/week × 52. The burden uplifts the raw wage for benefits, payroll tax, and supervision (Pacsal-style ~35%).
Annual Cost With Robot = the calculator's financed monthly payment × 12 plus the robot operating cost (charging, solution, maintenance). Because it ties to the financed payment, the ROI updates live as the customer changes the term or amount.
Payback Period = equipment price ÷ the monthly labor it offsets (net of operating cost) — how fast the robot earns back its own purchase price.
Structures & Sell Rates
Toggle structures on/off, then set each structure's customer sell rate % per term (and a residual % for FMV/TRAC leases). Fill a rate for every term you allow above.
Down Payment
Payment Deferral
Lets the customer defer full payments at the start of the deal — e.g. 6 months @ $29 before the full 36–60 month term begins. When a deferral is selected, the calculator automatically reprices every term: it derives the implied rate from that term's rate factor, accrues the unearned interest on the balance during the deferral months (crediting the token payments), then re-amortizes. No separate factor tables to maintain. Leave this off for programs that don't qualify for deferrals.
Balloon Payment (optional residual at end of term)
Lets the customer structure a balloon (residual) payment due at the end of the term in exchange for lower monthly payments. The % you set per term is the maximum — on the calculator the customer gets a slider and can dial the balloon anywhere from 0% up to that cap for the selected term. The calculator reprices every term: it derives the implied rate from that term's rate factor, subtracts the present value of the chosen balloon from the amortized base, then re-amortizes. Leave this off unless the program offers balloons (this is currently a special structure for select vendors).
Blind Discount Calculator (separate calculator at foxridge-blind-discount.html)
The Blind Discount Calculator helps vendors model rate buy-downs ("36 months @ 0% interest!"). These House Rate Factors represent the lender's required yield by term — independent from the EFA/FMV factors above, because subsidized programs typically price differently. Open this vendor's BD calc →
The lender's standard sell rate % for each term (e.g. 7.50) — the yield Fox Ridge funds at. The calculator prices the subsidy against this. Leave blank to skip a term.
Starting equipment cost shown when the calc loads.
Starting value for the "Vendor Discount" input.
Starting value for the "Desired Customer Rate" input.
Structured Lease Calculator (step-payment / deferral / residual calc at foxridge-step-calc.html)
The Structured Lease Calculator lets reps build custom step-payment and deferral structures and solves the fixed payment for the remaining term, with an optional lease residual and vendor rate buy-down. The Yield % below is the lender's required return by term (hidden from the calc unless a buy-down is applied). Open this vendor's Step calc →
Small line above the co-brand name in the header.
Shown next to the Fox Ridge logo (blank = vendor name).
The annual yield the payments are solved to for each term (e.g. 7.95). This is never shown on the calculator unless a rate buy-down is applied.
When off, the calculator hides the residual option entirely — the rep can't add an end-of-term residual. Use for vendors with no residual program.
Default lease-end residual for each term (e.g. 10 = 10%). The rep can toggle the residual on/off and override the % per deal. Leave blank for 0%. Ignored when the toggle above is off.
Token payment during the "Standard deferral" preset.
Longest allowed deferral before the fixed term.
Step to Flex Promotion (standalone promo page at foxridge-stepflex-calc.html)
A standalone, marketing-styled promo page for the Step to Flex program: the first months at a low 1% intro payment, then a fixed payment, then an end-of-term residual the customer can buy out or return & upgrade. It co-brands to this vendor (accent colour and credit-application link come from this vendor's other settings) and funnels to Apply. Open this vendor's Step to Flex page →
When off, this vendor's Step to Flex link still opens the generic Fox Ridge version (default terms, no vendor co-branding).
Shown in the page header. Blank = this vendor's name.
Low intro period (default 12).
Monthly intro payment = this % of the amount financed (default 1%).
Annual rate the fixed payment is solved to (default 8.99%).
End-of-term residual for each offered term (e.g. 36 = 25, 48 = 20, 60 = 15). The terms you fill here are the ones shown on the promo page.
Deal-Size Rate Tiering (advanced — adjusts the sell rate by deal size)
Each tier matches deals where min ≤ financed amount < max. Per tier, choose ± Points (bps) off the standard sell rate (e.g. +50 adds 0.50%, -75 subtracts 0.75%) or set an absolute sell rate by term for that tier.
Misc
When off, the calculator hides the "Apply for Credit" button and the PDF omits the "Apply Now" banner. Use for vendors who handle applications another way.
When on, reps can download a live Excel version of this vendor's calculator (with your pricing baked in) from the calc page. You can always pull it from the vendor list here regardless of this toggle.
When on, reps get a "Copy customer link" button that copies a shareable link to this calculator, pre-filled with the current amount, term, and structure. The customer opens a clean, interactive payment view (rep-only tools hidden) that funnels to Apply. The rep enters an amount first, then copies.
Adds a sentence under the Apply CTA — "For general credit criteria, view our guidelines" — that opens a pop-up with the standard qualification guidelines (2 yrs in business, FICO 650+, no bankruptcy in 10 yrs, plus the corporate-only path). Off by default.
Adds a clean 4-step process strip below the calculator (Select payment → Apply → Decision in hours → E-sign). Reassures customers the process is easy; off by default.
Adds an interactive §179 + 100% bonus depreciation calculator below the calculator (tax-rate selector → write-off, est. savings, annual payments, Yr 1 net cost). Uses the equipment cost the user enters in the calc. Off by default.
Leave blank to use the default Fox Ridge credit application. To route this program's credit applications to a specific Fox Ridge app, paste that link here (e.g. a vendor-specific ?repld=… link). It applies everywhere Apply appears for this vendor — the quote calculator, the structured-lease calculator, the proposal PDF's "Apply Now" banner, the finance/landing pages, and the website widgets. Works in all branding modes (co-branded, powered-by, and private-label).
Program Notes (optional custom wording on the calculator)
Adds a collapsible "Program Details" box on the calculator (below the payment card), collapsed by default so it doesn't clutter the page. Use it for program-specific notes — e.g. larger deals that need full financials and longer underwriting, drawdown / staged-delivery terms, or anything your sales team wants documented. The customer clicks to expand it.
Leave a blank line between paragraphs. Start a line with - to make it a bullet point. Wrap a few words in **double asterisks** to make them bold. Keep it concise — the sales team can cover the rest.
Sales Rep Calculators (optional — per-rep contact & custom terms)
Create a dedicated calculator for a specific salesperson at this vendor. Their contact auto-fills every proposal and shows on their page header. Each rep gets their own link (?v=SLUG&rep=ID) to hand customers. Anything you leave blank inherits this master vendor's settings — only fill in what differs (e.g. a rep who offers different terms or rates). On the master calculator, the proposal's Vendor Rep section shows a dropdown to pick any rep. Save the vendor before copying a rep link.
No rep calculators yet.
Website Embed Code (buttons & "payments as low as" for the vendor's site)
Copy-paste snippets the vendor's web team drops onto their site. The buttons link to this vendor's quote tool and credit application; the "payments as low as" widget shows a live monthly payment under any product and links to the application. Save the vendor first so the slug and rates are live.
